Common issues

If clicking the heart on a brief doesn't persist, sign out and sign back in to refresh your session. If the issue continues, email hello@ioli.studio with your account email and we'll look at the logs.

Stripe webhooks usually sync plans within a minute. If 5 minutes have passed, check the Stripe email receipt and forward it to hello@ioli.studio with the subject "Plan sync".

Open Account → Manage subscription → Cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. No partial refunds are issued.

The reference image is generated from the brief, and results vary slightly from run to run. ioli renders the finished image on its own photography-tuned model; each brief page also offers text variants you can copy into other tools via the model selector.

If Customize with Claude fails after token deduction, email hello@ioli.studio with the brief slug and we'll refund the tokens. Tokens are refunded within 24 hours.

Email hello@ioli.studio from the address on your account with subject "Delete account". We confirm the request and then permanently delete within 7 days per GDPR.

Yes. Paid briefs include unlimited commercial use across campaigns, paid ads, client work, and packaging. Resale of the briefs themselves is not permitted.

Report infringing content

Email hello@ioli.studio with the image URL and proof of ownership. We remove verified infringing content and act on repeat infringers.
